"Just had coffee, but the food looked good. Friendly helpful service, no problem that I asked a few questions about seasonal drinks. Restaurant was clean and bright, not too busy and it was easy to chat with not too much background noise."

"Nice atmosphere, very busy place and friendly staff. The only tiny issue was some litter on the floor inside and the outside bins were full and overflowed. It didn't look impressive. Other than that everything was nice. We certainly will return."

"Cake was disappointing blooming chocolate Cake service was friendly but was rushed through atmosphere is nice and relaxed and could of stayed longer but the cake wasn't up to much.back again on the 15th of September cake and coffee about the same standard felt chaotic in the place"

"recently visited Costa Coffee and was served by a gentleman named Douglas, and I must say the experience was outstanding. Douglas greeted me with a warm smile the moment I walked in, instantly making me feel welcome. His professionalism and friendly demeanour set the tone for a delightful visit. He was attentive without being intrusive, taking the time to ensure I had everything I needed and even recommending a seasonal drink that turned out to be absolutely delicious. My coffee was prepared perfectly - smooth, rich, and served at just the right temperature. The service was prompt and efficient, yet never rushed, allowing me to fully enjoy my time there. It's rare to come across someone who clearly takes pride in their work, and Douglas certainly does. His excellent customer service truly enhanced my visit, and I would highly recommend this Costa Coffee branch to anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere and top-notch service. I will definitely be returning, thanks to the exceptional experience"
